Lure Anglers' Society Events and Matches 2011/12

The Lure angling society will be holding their lure fair at Derby university. There will be many attractions
which will include tackle companies selling a range of lures and talks from experts in the field.
keep checking for more details. The AGM is an opportunity for members to attend, discuss club matters, make proposals to the meeting, vote & influence the future direction of the club.
Any member can make a proposal to the AGM in writing, to arrive with the secretary at least 28 days before the AGM.
The member making the proposal, must attend the AGM in person, in case any other member wishes to question the proposal or requires clarification and providing the proposal is seconded by another member present at the AGM, the proposal is then voted on by the members present. Should an amendment to the proposal also be put to the meeting & seconded, it will also be considered by the meeting.
Only members actually attending the AGM can influence the meeting.

ATTENTION!!
Anyone attending a Lure Anglers Society event must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency rod licence.Only members are covered by the LAS insurance policy, full details of what is covered will be put on the site in the near future’.
